But lets take a look @ my latest FOUSALERT! This thing is huge. None other than stock ticker PLUG . This has been on the daily watch list that i send out for the past week and is in a FOUS4 pattern. I called this stock out around 24 cents saying hey… if we breakout > .25 then this thing will trigger to potentially breakout > .28 resistance which will send this thing flying with a profit target around 40-60 cents short term.

Heres the first chart i sent out to my STUDENTS below the breakout zone and alerted to go long @ .245

And here we are today. I added 10,000 more shares @ the open here and we ripped 28% ! And we are up another 7% in after hours trading. I definitely think this hot penny stock pick could rip into my target area of .50 cents or so. Range is .40-60 where i will be looking to take profits. I think we should see .40′s on Wednesday as we are up to 34 cents already after hours.

 UPDATE 5/22/13

Crazy session on the dow today as we ripped 150 points and then went red on the day. I was killin it on PLUG this morning and was reaching my $10k profit tartget! It gapped open strong and then ripped to a high of 38 cents and i was up $9,000 on this trade … SO CLOSE! DAMN! after it appeared like we werent heading any higher I sold 50,000 shares @ .355 of my 70,000 i had long making sure i made bank on this trade.

I held the rest hoping to see some stabilization and a continued trend but the selling today was relentless. PLUG plunged 25% from my sell price closing near lows of the day. I ended up dip buying @ .295 15k shares  to my core position. But no buyers held strong and the market closed near lows of the day as well. If we had different market conditions today it would of been a whole different ball game and I probably would have made my $10k plus. But … i guess i’ll have to settle with $4,462! Which is probably more than a lot of you reading this made last month! Imade it on 1 stock in 2 days!

Trading stocks is all about what? Making money! And how do you do that? By Finding the next big stock pick before everyone else and taking advantage of that. I’ve Made nearly $400,000 in the last 2 years all because i know how to pick the right stocks. And i do this all in real time live on FOUStv everyday teaching my students how to create success for themselves!

Do you want to know how to trade stocks like a pro?  i’m assuming you are wondering? Well it all starts with finding the right chart pattern. Pattern recognition is based off of technical analysis, which is basically the analysis of past price changes in the hope of forecasting future price changes. In a nut shell… History repeating itself. And guess what .. it really does.

I only Trade 4 different patterns. OVER AND OVER… THAT IS IT. Sounds pretty simple right? And That’s because it actually is. You just have to know how to trade these patterns, Where to look to find them first, and in the end. Hopefully come out with a profit.

I like to use the analogy trading is like finding some nice tasty pie to eat But.. the thing is your never gonna eat that whole pie.. really ever.. and the goal isn’t to eat the whole thing. The overall goal is actually just to find the pie. And if you can at least get a slice of it. You are doing whats necessary to have success as a trader. But you must also understand that a lot of these pies are sour. And when you start biting into a sour pie. You better damn well notice it and throw it away. Otherwise you could become extremely sick.. even die(lose all your money)

And That’s how it goes in trading. My win ratio is actually only 54% .. So im losing nearly 1/2 the time (biting into a lot of sour pie!) But as soon as this the trade starts going against me I get out.. No questions asked. I’m fine with losing. I lose a lot as far as how many times i may lose. But what i’m not fine with is losing big. Having many small losses is no problem whatsoever. I can have 10 losses in a row and hit 1 big trade and more then make up for them. Most new traders just cant say… “Ok ..im wrong.. I will sell” … Here’s a little inspirational quote about winning and losing from yours truly.

Ok so lets talk more about what these patterns are and how to find them. I trade 4 patterns over and over like i said. I call these patterns the FOUS4 . Of which i have coined the terms FORCE, SURVIVAl, REVIVAL, and GOLD pattern. Trading for me has become much easier in my 8 years because I have learned how to find these pretty easily. Now that’s the easy part. Whats hard is trading them correctly. Because that’s where timing, emotions, and this crazy market we live in come into play.

But i’m more so here to talk about how to find them. To learn exactly how to trade them i teach my students in real time HERE as well as offer a 14 HOUR STOCK MARKET CLASS HERE

Lets first go over the patterns: I’m a breakout trader. I trade 4 different versions of a breakout. Whats different is the lead in trend prior to the breakout. Which is a major influence on what you could expect from the breakout. Such as profit targets and what your probability success could be. So Lets go over them.

Force pattern: Lead in trend is bullish to neutral. This is my top pattern to play.

Revival Pattern: i call this a revival pattern because the lead in trend is bearish. And the stock looks to be on the verge of a potential reversal. This is also the most common of the 4 patterns though. So the failure rate is higher. But when these revivals rip… THEY RIP!

Survival  - This is the continuation of a bullish move. Very possible that you are playing this pattern after a stock has ripped from a FORCE, REVIVAL, or GOLD

GOLD - This pattern is just TOOO HOT to reveal for free. This is where me and my students biggest profits have come from. If you want to learn exactly how to make BANK on this pattern as well as the other 3 FOUS4 patterns. Get started where you should. With your education.

So that’s the run down of the 4 patterns i look for . But where do I find these patterns? I use none other than FINVIZ which is what i use to create my watch lists. For me trading is all about visuals. and thats what finviz is short for. “Financial Visualizations”  I use their screener which has a vast amount of different screens to choose from. You really gotta just screw around with it to figure out what works for you. I’ll give you a hint in the right direction about what i focus on. Mainly stocks under $10 and volume levels. Simple as that. From there i get a list to scan through and i basically just try to find the FOUS4 patterns within the list that pops up everyday after the market close. LOL. Every once in a while i come across some PERFECT fous4 stock chart patterns in which i think have some major potential to be the next best stock pick for 2013. We have already had some HUGE winners that i revealed HERE and HERE. And just like we are on the edge of our seats due to the Fact that North Korea is on the Brink of a Nuclear Missile Launch against the US. I think this hot penny stock is on the Brink of Launching us into some Major Profits!

Ive Alerted multiple 100-200% runners this year and i think we have one more right here. And that Stock is $CYTK or Cytokinetics Inc . First and foremost are the technical analysis reasons of this stock pick. I’ve had this stock on my watch list for weeks as we tried to previously trade the breakout before but didnt find the momentum i wanted to see so i sold. And as always, i cut losses quickly and if the stock comes back I will attempt to re-buy. But i never get married to a stock just to watch it fall on me.

Volume levels have dramatically increased over the last two sessions and if you look @ the 5 year weekly chart here on CYTK we are pre-breakout of a FOUS4 revival pattern and this volume spike is a major indication of more action to come in the next few weeks. If we breakout over the 1.30 i think we have potential to rip to $2/share.

Stock Chart Technical Analysis:

So currently im in @ 1.24.. i should be in @ 1.15 but had a mishap with my alarm clock and missed the open breakout yesterday but was on my daily watch list i provide to my students so some were able to get in @ an awesome price. I’ll continue to add to this position if we see dips to the 13ema trend.

Behind every chart there is a story. CYTK’s story is a speculative one. I’m not gonna try and pretend that im a Biotech expert cuz im not at all. Im a technical analysts so my specialty is the charts such as the FOUS4. But this stock is moving due to speculation of its upcoming phase III results. Here’s a snippet from a seekingalpha article recently published this week  by Smith on Stocks :

“Those who read my initiation report on Cytokinetics (CYTK) understand that the importance of successfully conducting a phase III trial for omecamtiv mecarbil and then commercializing the product cannot be overstated. It could bring in as much as $300 million of pre-commercialization milestones from its partner Amgen by mid-2017. In addition, omecamtiv mecarbil targets a serious unmet need for a safe inotropic agent for congestive heart failure. If it can safely replicate the clinical effects seen in phase I and II trials and can show a durable effect, this could be a several billion dollar drug with Cytokinetics realizing as much as half of the profits.”

So as you can see its got potential for big profits in the future. Of course, that’s all depending on its drug working. I’m not buying this stock because i think its going to get FDA approval and i’m gonna get rich. That’s not how i trade. I know nothing about this company. I just take advantage of short term momentum. Currently CYTK is breaking out of a FOUS4 pattern and for speculative reasons. So this is a combo that can make us big bucks fast. And there yah go. Chart + Hype = Profits. That’s how i trade. Lets see if we can come out on top with a big profit here. But, as always. Never marry a stock. If things go sideways. Kick this mofo to the curb and get out. ZERO ATTACHMENTS.
